Es un buen producto pero yo tengo bastante pecho y no lo veo como high impact. Por otro lado lis tirantes están sujetos con velcro no se si con los lavados puede perder sujeción. Lo recomendaría para cualquier ejercicio q no requiera correr. Es comodo
